FIS FastTrack, Automated Pre-screening for Flooring Professionals
Floor Interior Services has transformed the installer onboarding process. The FIS Installer app replaces traditional interviews with an intelligent AI voice assessment, enabling qualified flooring professionals to demonstrate their expertise and begin receiving project assignments without delay.
AI-Powered Prescreening
Voice-Based Skill Assessment: Candidates complete a structured AI interview covering all 13 major flooring categories, including carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Responses are analyzed in real time, in English or Spanish.
Comprehensive Evaluation: The assessment captures trade experience, crew capacity, insurance coverage, workroom setup, equipment, business registration, and availability — producing a verified professional profile without manual review.
Verified Matching: Once skills are confirmed, installers receive project assignments aligned with their assessed capabilities and service area, reducing idle time and maximizing productivity.
