MP95 is an offline music player for people who care about sound. It plays the files you own in lossless and hi-res quality, bit-perfect, and it looks and feels like real audio gear: a cassette deck, a vinyl turntable, a reel-to-reel tape recorder and more. No account, no ads, no streaming. Your music, your folders, on your device. HI-FI PLAYBACK • Bit-perfect output. With effects off, samples reach the output unchanged: 32-bit float processing, no resampling, no limiter • The output sample rate follows the file (44.1, 48, 96 or 192 kHz), so a USB DAC receives the original rate • 10-band equalizer from 31 Hz to 16 kHz. The curve on screen is the actual filter response, and boosts lower the overall level instead of clipping • AutoEQ headphone correction. Import the profile for your headphones from autoeq.app and hear them closer to a neutral target • Crossfeed for headphones with the classic bs2b settings: Default, Chu Moy and Jan Meier (Pro) • Gapless playback, or a pause of 1 to 3 seconds between tracks • ReplayGain by track or album, with peak protection • VU meters with real needle ballistics 33 AUDIO FORMATS FLAC, ALAC, WAV, AIFF, DSD (DSF and DFF), MP3, AAC/M4A, OGG Vorbis, Opus, APE, WavPack, Musepack, TTA, TAK, WMA, AC-3, DTS, TrueHD and more. SIX CLASSIC PLAYERS • Cassette deck with seven cassette shells • Vinyl turntable with your album art on the record label • Reel-to-reel tape recorder • CD player, digital display and a classic click wheel player • Turn your iPhone sideways and the cassette, reel-to-reel or CD player fills the screen. On iPad the cassette deck and reel-to-reel appear full size • Every player has its own analog character: tape saturation, wow and flutter, hiss, vinyl crackle. Switch it off any time for a clean signal YOUR LIBRARY • Add folders from the Files app, including iCloud Drive • Import songs you own from the Music app. Apple Music streaming tracks are DRM protected, so no app can import them • Every folder with music in one list • Open audio files from Files, Mail or Safari straight into MP95 • Songs, albums, artists, playlists, favorites, most played, and a history that lets you resume where you stopped • Choose what happens when an album ends: stop, or keep playing • Tag editor for MP3, FLAC and M4A, including cover art EXTRAS • Slowed + reverb and volume boost • 8D audio for headphones (Pro) • Three memory slots that save your whole sound setup • Home Screen widgets, Apple Watch remote, Lock Screen controls and background playback FREE AND PRO The cassette deck and the turntable are free forever, with your whole library. Every other player can be tried for three minutes. MP95 Pro unlocks all six players, all cassette shells, the full sound tools, crossfeed and 8D audio. One purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac. MP95 never connects to the internet. Terms of Use: http://vlabor-apps.com/tou_mp95.html Privacy Policy: http://vlabor-apps.com/pp_mp95.html

Cool, but when I select an album, songs are out of order in the list.

Developer Response
Hey! I saw your review and checked the album track order. You were right, it was a bug. I fixed it in the latest update, so tracks should now play in the correct order.I also added a bunch of new cassettes to the cassette player. Hope you’ll find one you like :)Thanks for the feedback and for using MP95! ❤️

When I pick songs, I get white box with errors about path names for songs too long, then it crashes. I think it crashes if there are too many songs in an album folder. I’d also add option for 10-band EQ. I want the look but the sound is from the 70s, and it sucked. How do we submit bugs?

• 10-band equalizer, 31 Hz to 16 kHz. The curve shows the real filter response, and boosts lower the overall level instead of clipping • AutoEQ headphone correction: import the profile for your headphones from autoeq.app. A third line on the graph shows what you actually hear • Your saved EQ settings and presets carry over to the new 10 bands and keep their sound • Bit-perfect playback, with a live readout of everything that touches the signal • The output sample rate follows the file, from 44.1 to 192 kHz, straight to your USB DAC • Gapless playback, or a pause of 1 to 3 seconds between tracks • ReplayGain by track or album, with peak protection • Crossfeed rebuilt on the classic bs2b design. It is now part of MP95 Pro • New formats: TAK, Shorten, AC-3, DTS, TrueHD, AMR, RealAudio, ATRAC and more • Open audio files from Files, Mail or Safari straight into MP95 • All your music folders in one list • When an album ends, playback stops. You can switch to keep playing in Settings • The repeat button tells you which mode you picked, and shuffle and repeat are remembered
