Power Admin Warden is an always-on maintenance assistant for Workspace ONE UEM administrators. It watches your tenants around the clock and cleans up the clutter that quietly inflates your device counts and licensing costs — stale devices, failed enrollments, pending wipes, duplicate records and orphaned user accounts — following rules you define and can audit.
Warden runs on your Mac, talks directly to the Workspace ONE UEM REST API with your own OAuth credentials, and stores everything locally. No middle-man servers, no data collection.
SAFE BY DESIGN
• Dry Run by default — every tenant starts in report-only mode. Warden shows you exactly what it would delete before it deletes anything.
• Staged deletions — nothing is removed the first time it is seen. A finding must persist for a wait period you set, and still match the rule on the action day.
• Typed confirmation — going live requires typing the tenant name.
• Hard guards — user accounts with enrolled devices are never deleted; excluded objects are never touched. These cannot be turned off.
• Full audit trail — every decision, including protective skips, is recorded and exportable to CSV.
WHAT IT CLEANS UP
Device rules:
• Stale devices — not seen for N days
• Duplicate serials — keeps the newest, flags the rest
• Enrollment status — failed enrollments, pending wipes, and any status you list
User rules:
• Duplicate users — only zero-device accounts are ever removed
• Inactive users — disabled accounts, optionally after N days
• Unsupported OS — devices past their security end-of-life, using data from endoflife.date (iOS, iPadOS, macOS, Android)
Each rule is configurable, can run on its own daily/weekly/monthly schedule, and can be report-only or set to delete after a wait you choose.

GETTING STARTED
You need Workspace ONE UEM Console administrator access to create an OAuth client. The in-app guide shows exactly where to find each value (REST API host, OAuth token URL, tenant code, client ID and secret) and includes copy-ready regional token URLs.
SUBSCRIPTION
Warden Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks scheduled automation and live deletion. Scanning and reporting remain free.

Each plan includes a 2-week free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in System Settings > Apple Account > Media & Purchases after purchase.

Improved: OS lifecycle accuracy for Apple devices
iPhones, iPads and Macs one major version behind the newest release, for example iOS 26 now that iOS 27 is out, are no longer treated as security-only while Apple is still shipping updates for that version. The Unsupported OS rule, including its optional security-only setting, no longer flags them.
