Poze uses your phone's camera to check whether you're actually holding a yoga pose correctly, then logs it, scores it, and builds your streak. How it works: Open the app and a pose is randomly selected for you. Prop your phone up, get into position, and the camera scores your alignment in real time with live cues when something's off. Hold it for the required time and it's verified. One pose takes under a minute! What makes Poze different: Most habit apps ask you to tick a box. Poze actually watches. A completed pose in your history is one the app confirmed, not one you said you did. All pose detection happens on your device. Nothing is ever recorded, uploaded, or shared.
