Measure heart rate with your camera. Log pulse, blood pressure, and blood sugar with ease — no ads, no clutter.
See Your Heart Rate, Pulse & Wellness Data Like Never Before
Cardivo is a fingertip heart rate monitor and wellness journal for iPhone. Measure BPM, HRV, and SpO2 with the camera, estimate blood pressure, log blood sugar, and follow trends in one place.
Track fitness, resting heart rate, blood pressure, or oxygen saturation (SpO2). Cardivo keeps heart rate (HR), BPM, HRV, pulse, blood pressure, SpO2, and glucose notes together.
TRACK YOUR HEART MEASUREMENTS
• Heart Rate Monitoring: Place your fingertip on the camera and flash for a quick PPG reading. See heart rate (HR), beats per minute (BPM), pulse, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and SpO2 estimates anytime.
• Resting Pulse for Your Age: See how your latest resting-style pulse sits on a wellness gauge, using age and profile context you set.
• Blood Pressure Awareness: Camera-based blood pressure estimates next to your heart rate history — for wellness trends, not a cuff reading.
• Weekly Check-Ins: Record regularly and watch changes in heart rate, HRV, pulse, and SpO2.
BUILD YOUR PERSONAL WELLNESS JOURNAL
• Comprehensive Tracking: Heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation (SpO2), body temperature, steps, and activity from Apple Health in one journal.
• Blood Sugar Logging: Log glucose with fasting / meal / bedtime context and educational range labels. Set diabetes care in Profile.
• Mood & Notes: Log daily mood beside your wellness measurements.
• Cardiovascular Wellness Score: A home index from recent Cardivo readings, with a factor breakdown — not a medical risk score.

It was tough to get an accurate BPM reading and took several times. The first attempt registered 113 bpm while my Apple Watch reading was 58 bpm. I did finally get a reading of 62 which is close to the watch reading.I like that you can check your blood pressure but I will need to test the blood pressure reading, with a cuff unit, to verify that reading of 106/69. My readings at the doctor’s office is never that low.
Developer Response
Thanks for giving Cardivo a try and for sharing your experience! Keeping your finger still during the measurement can help improve the accuracy of the BPM reading. We’ll keep working on making the readings more consistent.
