Record remote podcasts

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Your show in your pocket: the next session, the rundown, the backchannel, and the people to put on it. Ottoframe is the mobile half of a remote video podcast studio. The recording itself happens in the desktop web app, so the phone does the parts a laptop is bad at: keeping the session in your pocket, and finding the people to put in it. BEFORE THE TAPE ROLLS - See the next session with a live countdown, and everything scheduled behind it. - Step into the green room, check yourself on camera if you like, and join when you are ready. - Read the rundown your producer wrote, beat by beat. DURING - Follow the live rundown without leaving the room. - Drop a marker the moment something is worth revisiting; the desktop editor sees it. - Talk to the room, and to producers on a separate backchannel guests never see. FINDING PEOPLE - Browse cohosts, guests, producers and editors by seat, topic and session length — no account needed to look. - Propose an interview swap: one session on their show, one on yours, no money either way. - Message anyone you are working with. - Accept or decline requests that are waiting on you. - Report or block anyone, from their profile or any message. PLANS Ottoframe is free to use. Joining sessions, the rundown, markers, messages, the marketplace and interview swaps cost nothing. Optional auto-renewing subscriptions — Show (monthly) and Studio (monthly) — raise how many hours you can record and how long recordings are kept. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account settings.
