Excercize to unlock your app

iPhone
Turn distracting apps into a reward you earn with real movement. Do camera-verified reps to unlock screen time — no willpower required, no faking it.
FitGate turns your screen time into something you earn — with your body, not your willpower.
Pick the apps that steal your attention. FitGate locks them until you complete real, camera-verified exercise. Do push-ups, squats, or a plank, and every rep you earn banks minutes you can spend on the apps you chose. When the time runs out, they lock again. Simple.
HOW IT WORKS
• Choose which apps and categories to block
• Set your ratio — how many reps buys a minute
• Do the reps. On-device camera pose detection counts them in real time
• Earned minutes unlock your apps. When they expire, the block returns
WHY IT WORKS
Most screen-time blockers are bypassed in three seconds. FitGate can't be faked — a real push-up is verified by your phone's camera, entirely on-device. No shortcuts, no "just five more minutes."
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Daily streaks and a contribution-style calendar
• Insights: reps, minutes earned, and time spent
• Ranks from Starter to Iron Will as your lifetime reps grow
• Shareable achievement cards
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your camera feed is processed only on your device to count reps. Nothing is recorded, uploaded, or saved. Your workout data stays in your private app container.
FitGate Pro unlocks unlimited blocked apps, squats & plank, all share themes, streak freezes, and every rank.
Move first. Scroll later.
