The game has been rebuilt from scratch. • New interface: every card is now a document. Letterhead, subject line, form code, initial boxes and the company stamp. • File cover: the files you have opened, the closings you have seen and your longest file are all kept on the cover. • Each of the 11 closings ends in its own document: notice of termination, letter of resignation, certificate of incapacity, court judgment and others. • New gesture: swipe a document down to attach it to your own file. Evidence accumulates, pressure rises. • As your endurance runs down, the paper and the ink wear with it. • All bundled images have been removed; everything on screen is drawn from type. • The interface text of all 16 languages was rewritten from the ground up.

Text polish across all 16 languages: platform and product names in card texts were replaced with neutral wording, and several translations were smoothed. No gameplay changes.

The biggest content update yet — 142 new decision cards (485 total), every one grounded in documented research, labour law and real case law. New ground covered: • Remote & hybrid work: monitoring software, the right to disconnect, proximity bias, meeting exclusion • Discrimination-driven mobbing: age, migrant status, religion, gender, LGBTQ+, denial of reasonable accommodation • Retaliation patterns: whistleblowing, pregnancy and return from sick leave, union organising, performance plans used as an exit route • Public service and professions: teaching, policing, the military, the courts, aid organisations, social work • Low-protection sectors: retail, warehousing, hotels, cleaning, mining, seafaring, domestic work, security, internships • The legal road: evidence, burden of proof, mediation, NDAs, counter-suits, inspection, compensation, reinstatement Fully localised in 16 languages. Balance: the two options can now swap sides on any card, and holding a meter at the top takes real effort — endings are earned through choices, not by swiping one way.
