Drag expenses into Bank of the West forms, Autofill coding fields, and attach receipts—without retyping. Requires a login to Bethany Expense Manager in Safari. Bethany Expenses is a Safari extension that helps staff move expense data from Bethany Expense Manager into Bank of the West (CentreSuite) without retyping. WHAT IT DOES • View and search your expenses in a Safari toolbar popup • Drag and drop an expense onto a CentreSuite coding row • Autofill Description, Account Title (Main), Location, and Department • Match expenses to statement lines using amount, date, vendor, and learned mappings • Attach receipt files when CentreSuite supports it (including upload from Bethany when email intake missed a file) • Optional settings for date matching, confidence threshold, and related Autofill behavior WHO IT’S FOR Employees, expense managers, and receipt managers who already use Bethany Expense Manager and CentreSuite in Safari on a Mac. HOW TO GET STARTED 1. Install this Mac app (it installs the Safari extension). 2. Open Safari → Settings → Extensions and enable Bethany Expenses. 3. Allow access to expenses.bethany.com and www.centresuite.com when prompted. 4. Sign in to Bethany Expense Manager in Safari. 5. Open a CentreSuite expense coding page, then use the extension popup to Autofill or drag and drop. NOTES • This app does not replace Bethany Expense Manager or CentreSuite; it connects the two in Safari. • You must be signed in to Expense Manager in Safari for expenses to load. • Safari 18.4 or later is recommended for full receipt attach/upload features. • Support is provided by your Bethany Expense Manager administrator.
