TOIDO is a to-do app that starts with the question. You frame the real issues as questions, hang tasks beneath them, and focus on the few questions that actually change things.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• Start with the question
Write issues as questions ("How do we…?", "Is it true that…?") and give each one a working hypothesis. Tasks become the moves that test that hypothesis — not a pile of disconnected chores.
• Prioritize by impact, not urgency
Rank issues by leverage — how much changes once the question is answered. Pick one or two questions to own this week and go deep.
• GO — today's moves first
Launch straight into your open to-dos, paired with the questions they serve. Today's moves sit on top, ordered by impact.
• Answer the question
When the work is done, turn your hypothesis into a conclusion and close the question for good. Answered questions stay, with their answers.
• Inbox — capture without sorting
Dump any thought straight into the Inbox. Later, ask "what's the question?" and connect it to an issue — or let it go, guilt-free.
• Weekly review
Clear floating tasks, revisit your questions, choose next week's focus. Anything you drop is logged and can come back anytime.
• iCloud sync
Your issues and tasks stay in sync across iPhone and Mac on the same Apple ID.
