Account Settings is here: see your membership, every order with its tracking from box shipped to memories delivered, and your Terms and Privacy. Backup members can upgrade to Family from the Account screen. If an order or setting fails to load, Report a problem opens support chat right in the app. Rotate a photo or swap a two-sided scan to its front, and the change is saved to your library. While a video plays on your TV over AirPlay, a Playing on TV card stays on your screen as you swipe to the next memory. A memory you hid on the web stays hidden here. Older home-video formats that can't play on iPhone yet can be opened on my.legacybox.com from the card, or saved as the original file. The share sheet shows the memory's title and thumbnail. Made at home on iPhone Duo, open or closed. Picture in Picture and background audio keep working after the system resets media playback, and the library is steadier for very large collections.

Fixes a crash when opening a memory, and long tapes no longer stop partway through playback or AirPlay. AirPlay stays on your TV as you swipe between memories. Playback recovers on its own if the system interrupts it. The library's filter counts hold steady after a tap, and coming back from a memory deep in your library lands you in the right place. Saving several memories from the share sheet no longer overwrites one with the next. Sign-in catches a mistyped email address before it sends a code. Older home-video formats that can't play on iPhone yet now show a card pointing you to my.legacybox.com to download the memory. When the daily archive download limit has been reached, the app says so and asks you to try again tomorrow.

Signing in is simpler: enter your email and we send you a code. No password to remember, though yours still works if you prefer it. Videos open faster, Picture in Picture starts more reliably, and a thumbnail that hits a momentary hiccup now retries on its own instead of going dark. Plus layout fixes for iPad.

Your first Legacybox order now opens on the Order Tracker until your memories are ready, then takes you straight to your Memories as soon as the first ones are viewable. Save a photo to your Photos library from its share sheet. Filter your library by type: video, photo and audio. Closing a memory flies it back into its tile, and a video you resume picks up on its first frame. Titles and controls grow with your text size, including the largest accessibility sizes. Opening a memory with VoiceOver or Switch Control now crossfades in. Fixes for membership-only orders, the sign-in screen and iPad layouts.
