ClaimPDF turns a folder of receipts into one finished reimbursement PDF, entirely on your Mac and fully offline.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Import receipts in PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, or HEIC format.
2. On-device Apple Vision OCR reads vendor, date, amount, and currency — no network, no uploads.
3. Review and edit every recognized field before export; low-confidence values are flagged for confirmation.
4. Possible duplicates are detected and you decide whether to keep or exclude each one.
5. Upload your own PDF reimbursement template and map fields visually: applicant, dates, purpose, totals, and the details table.
6. Choose the PDF output language — English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, or Korean — independently of the app's interface language.
7. Preview the result, then export a single flattened PDF: your report pages first, followed by every included original receipt page.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
ClaimPDF has no accounts, no analytics, and no network access. Receipts, templates, and reports never leave your Mac.
