See how much you'll understand — before you press play. Learn the missing words in minutes and watch in English without pausing for the dictionary. Learn English from the TV shows you actually watch. Before you start an episode, Gap Check counts how many words you already understand and how many you are missing. You learn the missing ones on flashcards in a few minutes, then sit down to watch ready — no pausing for the dictionary. We write every show's glossary ourselves, with the help of AI, so you learn the words that actually come up in the episode. Greenlight does not stream episodes or show subtitles. In the app: • over 240 shows, broken down by season and episode • Gap Check — the percentage of words you will understand in an episode (red, yellow, green light) • flashcards with original example sentences, translations and audio • SRS reviews that adapt to what you already know • streaks, stats and learning goals Start the episode when you are truly ready.
