Tech Support for Mom & Dad is the family tech support hub that ends the chaos of impromptu phone calls about Wi-Fi passwords and forgotten app logins.
FOR PARENTS:
Get instant, plain-English guidance from an AI troubleshooter that knows your device. Describe your problem in plain language — no jargon — and follow numbered steps tailored to your iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Stuck? Escalate to your helper with a single tap, sending the full context they need.
FOR ADULT KIDS AND HELPERS:
Manage every family tech request in a clean inbox. See the AI conversation your parent already had, what steps were already tried, and any screenshots they attached — so you start informed, not from scratch. Write a resolution note; your parent sees it as a guided instruction card.
KEY FEATURES:
- AI Troubleshooter that asks one question at a time and speaks plain English
- Category shortcuts: Wi-Fi, Password, App issues, Slow device
- Shared help-desk inbox for helpers with status tracking
- Ticket history so the same problem is never solved from scratch twice
- Photo attachment so parents can show what they see
- Push notifications when a helper replies or a ticket is resolved
TECH SUPPORT PREMIUM:
Upgrade to unlimited tickets, full AI conversation history, photo attachments on every ticket, and multiple helper profiles per family — less than the cost of one tech support call.
