DEBI puts your company's accounting in your pocket, with an AI assistant that understands your business. It is the mobile app of the debito.ai accounting platform for small businesses and accountants in Panama and Venezuela. DOKU, YOUR AI ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT Ask in plain language: "How much did I sell this month?", "Who owes me the most?" or "Which invoices are due this week?". DOKU answers with your real data, alerts you about overdue invoices and low stock, and can prepare invoices, collections and purchases for you to confirm. Voice input is supported. INVOICING ON THE GO Create invoices and credit notes, share them as PDF and post them instantly. In Panama, issue electronic invoices accepted by the DGI. COLLECTIONS AND RECEIVABLES Record customer payments, apply them to several invoices and see who owes you and how much in seconds. PURCHASES AND VENDORS Scan a vendor invoice with your camera and DEBI fills in the purchase for you. Track purchase orders, vendor payments and open balances. INVENTORY, SERVICES AND PROJECTS Keep track of product stock, your service catalog and the profitability of each project.
