Construction Calculator: Feet
Feet-Inch Fractions & Concrete
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Buy it once. It stays bought.
Measure in feet and inches. Get the quantities you need.
Construction Calculator does the two things the job actually needs: exact feet-inch-fraction math, and honest material estimates. An 8-foot wall gives you a 92 5/8" pre-cut stud - not a rounded-off decimal.
WHAT IT ESTIMATES
- Concrete - volume and bags (40 / 50 / 60 / 80 lb)
- Gravel and aggregate - cubic yards and tons
- Wall framing - stud count and pre-cut length
- Rebar - grid bars and total length
- Drywall - sheets, screws, compound, tape
- Paint - gallons by coverage and coats
- Tile and pavers - pieces with a waste allowance
- Roofing - squares and shingle bundles
- Decking - boards and linear feet
- Mulch and topsoil - cubic yards and bags
THE FEET-INCH CALCULATOR
- Add and subtract feet, inches, and 1/16" fractions - exact, no drift
- Type it any way: 3' 6 1/2", 6-1/2, 42.5", 3.5'
- Convert to decimal inches, decimal feet, or millimeters
BUILT FOR THE JOB
- Save calculations into projects - a jobsite or a bid
- Export a material list as PDF or CSV for your records or your supplier
- Switch between imperial and metric
- Works on iPhone and iPad
- Works fully offline - no account, no ads, nothing leaves your device
PRICING
Every calculator is free, forever, with no limit on how much you calculate. The free version also saves up to 25 calculations into projects. Need more than that? One purchase of Construction Calc Unlimited removes the limit for good - a single payment, not a yearly charge, and it covers every future update.
Whatever you have already saved stays readable and exportable whether you buy or not. Your work is never held back.
Every quantity is an estimate from standard engineering constants and a waste allowance you control. Always verify against local codes and your supplier before ordering.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Fixed: saving a calculation could wait on the App Store for several seconds even after your purchase had already been confirmed, and in an unusual case could keep waiting. Saving now goes through as soon as the answer is known.
