When you are on a job, driving or unavailable, Ali can answer your business calls, collect the caller's details and create a record for you to review. DeskAli keeps calls, customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, schedules, forms and follow-up work together.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
DeskAli offers Starter, Core and Pro auto-renewable subscriptions with monthly and annual billing options. The exact localized price and billing period are shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Features and included call minutes vary by plan.

Ratings & Reviews

• A new, warmer voice for Ali.
• Fixed calls going quiet after the greeting on some handsets.
• Bookings are saved however the caller says the time ("Friday arvo", "the 22nd").
• Ali now tells you the date, so bookings land on the right day.
Alerts on your iPhone
• Missed calls, bookings and requests arrive as notifications.
• A clear prompt asks for permission when it matters, and shows if it's been turned off.
Maps and workspace
• The Map tab and dashboard map now draw correctly on iPhone.
• Fixed two workspace-switcher bugs, including one that could lock an owner out of their first business.
• Rebuilt Xero tab and a tidier iOS sidebar.

Account and security
• Stronger password rules for new accounts.
• Delete your account any time from the account menu, even with an active Apple subscription (cancel that in your Apple Account settings).
