NEXA Central is the employee app for organizations running OONE HRMS. Check in at work, file requests, read your payslips and act on your team's approvals, from your phone or tablet, in English or Khmer.
An employer account is required. If your company does not use OONE HRMS yet, please speak to your HR team before signing in.
AT A GLANCE
Open the app and your month is already there: hours worked today and this month, overtime, earnings so far, and anything waiting on your decision. Your most-used actions sit on Home as app tiles you can reorder, add or remove.
ATTENDANCE
• Scan your workplace QR code to check in and out.
• Your location is checked at the moment you scan, to confirm you are on site.
• See your roster, your shifts and the public holidays.
• Track scheduled, worked and overtime hours in your worksheet.
REQUESTS
• Leave, overtime, missions, absence exceptions, salary certificates, staff cards and more.
• Attach a photo or document, give a reason, and follow each request to its decision.
• Your full request history, filtered by month and status.
APPROVALS
• One inbox for everything waiting on you.
• Approve or decline with a comment for the requester.
• Hand your approvals to a colleague while you are away, so nothing stalls.
PAY AND DOCUMENTS
• Payslips with every earning and deduction broken out, saved or printed as a PDF.
• An estimate of this month's pay as it builds through the month.
• Company documents, certificates and your own records.
YOUR WORK
• Tasks assigned to you, with status, subtasks and history.
• Company news and announcements.
• Personal notes, repeating reminders and the team calendar.
• Choose how you are notified: push, email or Telegram.
YOUR PROFILE
• Your staff record, position, department and organization details.
• A digital staff card with a scannable QR badge.
• Work for more than one company? Switch between them without signing out.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• Sign in with your company account.
• Lock the app with a PIN, Face ID or Touch ID. Forgot your PIN? Recover it with this phone, another signed-in phone, Telegram or email.
• Choose which areas need unlocking: pay, requests, documents, your staff card.
• Pay figures stay hidden on screen until you unlock them.
BUILT FOR WHERE YOU WORK
Complete English and Khmer throughout, including Khmer dates and numbers. US dollars and Cambodian riel. On a tablet, navigation moves to a side rail and the layout uses the extra room.
MAKE IT YOURS
Reorder or hide the sections on your Home screen, and choose a light or dark theme and your background.
PERMISSIONS WE ASK FOR
• Camera: to scan attendance QR codes and attach photos to requests.
• Location: to confirm a check-in happens at your workplace. Never used in the background.
• Face ID or Touch ID: to unlock the app, only if you turn on app lock.
NEXA Central is for employees of organizations that subscribe to OONE HRMS. The features available to you depend on what your employer has enabled.
Ratings & Reviews
