Rotary Connect: Club Meetings

QR check-in, events & dues

Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Everything your Rotary club needs in one app — QR check-in, events, projects, member directory, gallery, treasury and attendance. Rotary Connect is the all-in-one companion app for Rotary Club of Mbalwa members — built to make meetings, projects, and fellowship easier to track and take part in. QR CHECK-IN Scan the club's meeting QR code with the built-in live camera scanner to check in instantly — for members and visiting guests alike. See who's checked in and which clubs are represented at the current meeting in real time. EVENTS Browse weekly and monthly calendar views of club events. Generate a QR or link-based registration sheet for any event, with PDF export ready for printing at the door. PROJECTS Follow the club's service projects from kickoff to completion — track progress, deadlines, and photos, and mark projects done as they wrap up. MEMBER DIRECTORY Search the full member directory, grouped by board and officer roles. View member profiles with contact details, and add new members as the club grows. GALLERY Relive past fellowships and projects through photo albums, and contribute your own photos from club events. TREASURY Keep track of dues collection status, outstanding balances, and recent transactions at a glance. ATTENDANCE View your personal attendance history and certificates, or pull up the club-wide attendance register with downloadable reports. Whether you're checking in at a weekly meeting, registering for an event, or catching up on club projects, Rotary Connect keeps everything your club does in one place.
