Active Sports Club
Manage Your Sports Club
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Active Sports Club is the all-in-one app for running a badminton, tennis, or any court-sports club — built for the person who's tired of chasing payments in a spreadsheet and tracking attendance over WhatsApp.
TRACK PAYMENTS & BALANCES
See who's paid, who owes, and your club's running balance at a glance. Log cash or bank transfer payments in seconds, and generate a monthly balance sheet automatically — no more manual bookkeeping.
COURT BOOKINGS, SPLIT FAIRLY
Book courts, log the cost, and the app splits it across attending players automatically. Track recurring weekly slots without re-entering the same booking every time.
SESSION ATTENDANCE, MADE EASY
Create a session and let players mark themselves Yes or No — right from a push notification, no need to even open the app. See who's coming, who's not, and who hasn't replied yet, all in one view.
EXPENSES & SETTLEMENTS
Log shared expenses (shuttlecocks, equipment, socials) and keep a clear settlement trail between players — everyone can see exactly where the club's money went.
MULTI-GROUP SUPPORT
Run or play in more than one club? Switch between groups instantly, each with its own players, payments, and bookings.
SHARE IN ONE TAP
Share attendance summaries, invite links, and session reminders straight to WhatsApp.
Use the app on your iPhone and iPad
Whether you're running a weekly badminton kaki session or organizing a full club with dozens of members, Active Sports Club replaces the spreadsheet-plus-WhatsApp juggling act with one simple, shared source of truth.
