Built by Immersion Labs, MetaCoach runs voice-driven scenarios with AI characters who push back, escalate, cooperate, or shut down. Trainees speak, the situation responds, and the outcome depends on what they actually said.
Every training session ends with individual feedback: how the trainee handled it, where the gaps were, and what to work on next. Administrators control assignments, schedules, and how many attempts each trainee gets.
