From dose records to weight trends, exercise and progress photos, 맞은자로 is your personal recordkeeping app with no sign-up.
Your medication, weight, exercise, clinic records and selected photos are stored on your device, not sent to our servers.
• Record weight and exercise separately
Choose Weight or Exercise from Add in Records. Save the date, weight, activity and duration. Weight-only entries update charts without changing your dose count or next scheduled date.
• A familiar list and an optional calendar
Browse recent records or open the calendar to see entries by date. Edit past entries, delete them and undo immediately after deletion.
• Optional height and BMI
Enter your height in Settings to show BMI in Progress. Height is optional and can be cleared. BMI is informational only.
• Simple medication records
Record date, medication name, dose, weight, notes and injection site when applicable. Overseas locales support Mounjaro, Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic, Saxenda, Rybelsus and custom names. You enter your own prescribed dose; the app never recommends one. Oral entries do not require an injection site.
• Your weight over time
Review charts from your starting weight to today. In supported overseas locales, choose kg/lb and cm/ft-in; dates and numbers follow your locale. Display changes do not alter stored records.
• Your progress-photo collection
Take or select photos, save them by date and compare two dates side by side. Photo cards show a weight only when a weight record exists for that same date.
• Device authentication and widgets
Use device biometrics or your device passcode to check access when opening the app. Biometrics are handled by the operating system; the app does not store facial or fingerprint templates. Home Screen widgets show upcoming record and clinic dates, with optional details. On iOS, Lock Screen widgets never show sensitive health details.
• Your choice of change card
Choose lavender, mint, peach or midnight themes and select the text, chart and details to include. Images are saved or shared only when you choose.
• Clinic details and reminders
Save your clinic, doctor, contact details, address and visit dates. Call a saved number or set reminders. The app does not find clinics, offer maps or arrange prescriptions.
• Backup and restore
Export and restore medication, weight, exercise records and settings as JSON. Photos, app-lock settings and analytics consent are not included in JSON backups.
Privacy and security
No account is required. We do not run a server for your health records. Operating-system backups and exports/shares you initiate are separate. Technical data for ads and optional usage analytics are handled under each SDK's privacy policy; usage analytics is off by default. App lock does not encrypt files or protect widgets and exported files. Keep unencrypted backups somewhere safe.
