31 Days Alive is a post-apocalyptic survival text adventure set in a locked-down modern city. You are not a hero — you are an ordinary survivor trying to outlast thirty-one days of hunger, infection, and choices that never come back.
SURVIVE DAY BY DAY
Each day follows a tense rhythm: check your status, face story events, then decide how to spend your time — drink, eat, medicate, rest, scavenge, or relocate. Water, food, medicine, materials, and batteries all matter. Push too hard and your health, sanity, and infection will turn on you.

Relocate between apartments, warehouses, hospitals, subway tunnels, refugee camps, and more. Each camp offers different risks, resources, and exclusive actions.
Your choices build hidden route scores across twelve story paths — alliance, truth-seeking, infection cult, lone wolf, raider, military order, medical care, logistics hoarding, underground travel, and more. Around Day 21 you commit to a direction. Day 30 locks your fate. Day 31 delivers the finale you earned.

Explore the in-game Item Codex: consumables, tools, weapons, cases, and rare gear — from ration packs and crowbars to antiviral injections and black-box tapes. The right item at the right camp can mean one more day alive.
