Learn to give a wonderful, relaxing massage at home - no experience or special equipment needed. Rubly teaches simple, safe techniques through short guided video lessons you can follow along in real time.
SIX VIDEO COURSES
• The massage alphabet - the four families of moves every massage is built from: stroking, wringing, kneading and vibration
• Foot massage - a complete 8-minute routine
• Back, neck & arms - a full 10-minute ritual, from warm-up to a gentle finish for the hands
• Legs - calves and thighs, step by step
• A short, gentle belly routine
• Freestyle - comfortable positions and flowing sequences to combine everything you've learned
MADE FOR FOLLOWING ALONG

• Hands-free mode: press play once and the whole routine runs to the end, with the screen staying awake
• Mirror mode flips the video so you can repeat each move on the other side
• Study mode loops a single movement while you practice it
• Calm voice guidance and soft background music
