Tokens puts your AI coding limits where you can see them — session, weekly and per-model usage for Claude Code and Codex on your iPhone, your Home Screen and your Lock Screen.
Stop tabbing back to a terminal to check whether you're about to hit the wall. Tokens shows percent left, reset countdowns, token totals and spend at a glance — and can warn you before you run out.

1. Install the free Tokens companion on your Mac from checktokens.app — it lives in the menu bar and reads your usage locally.
2. It mirrors a tiny usage snapshot through your own private iCloud.
3. Your iPhone and widgets stay up to date — even while your Mac is asleep.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Only usage metadata syncs — percentages, reset times and token totals — through your own private iCloud database. Your prompts, code and API keys never leave your Mac. There is no Tokens account, no tracking and no server we can browse.
Works with Claude Code and Codex. Requires the free Tokens companion app for macOS 14 or later.
