Hectr
AI workouts that adapt
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Reliable workout tracking with clearer Apple Watch controls and improved large-text support.
Hectr turns every workout into a session that adapts to you.
Use your phone camera or compatible watch sensors to follow movement, count reps and sets, time rest, and keep your training moving without constant taps. Voice and haptic cues help you stay focused while Hectr updates your plan around your readiness, available equipment and recent performance.
WHAT HECTR DOES
• Automatic rep, set and rest tracking
• Live form cues during supported exercises
• Adaptive strength plans built around your goals
• Gym detection and equipment-aware substitutions
• Heart-rate-aware recovery on Apple Watch
• Progress, body and performance history
• Phone-free workouts with a cached plan on your watch
• Privacy-first processing for camera-based features
Hectr is designed for real training: start your session, lift, and let the app handle the routine details. If a station is busy, swap to an equivalent movement. If your recovery changes, the plan adjusts. When you finish, your workout syncs back to your progress history.
Camera, motion, heart-rate and location features depend on device support and permissions. Some features require Hectr Pro.
HECTR PRO SUBSCRIPTION
Hectr Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as:
• Hectr Pro Monthly — £9.99 per month
• Hectr Pro Annual — £69.99 per year
The price is confirmed in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
