Dark mode is brighter and easier to read across Home, Fitness, and Recovery, including the activity rings. The training calendar now reflects workout intensity with more vibrant colors. General performance and loading-speed improvements throughout the app.

New "Classic" share style plus richer stats on every share card. Distance, pace and elevation now follow your chosen units (km/mi) throughout the app. Fixed: watch-tracked runs and walks now count everywhere a phone-tracked one does — your Exercise ring, calorie budget, streak, Diary, Calendar and Strain page. Fixed: your morning sleep check-in now shows up correctly in the Sleep tab. New Feedback section: request a feature, report a bug, or rate Aptus.

New on your workout details: average heart rate, elevation gain, and a time-in-zone breakdown. Heart rate zones are now calculated from your real data. Plus improvements to recovery messaging, exercise minutes tracking, and weight projections.

This update brings a completely rebuilt first-run experience: a real Health-access flow, a full walkthrough of everything Aptus does, and a redesigned membership screen. We also fixed a food-logging rounding bug, made the Weekly Reveal easier to find, and improved the accuracy of body-fat change tracking when comparing two scans.

Share your runs and walks. Turn any session into a Story: add your own photo, drop your stats on top, drag and resize them, tap to change the color, and post straight to your Instagram story. We've also made the route map smoother and easier to explore.
