Free · In‑App Purchases

Prepare for confession privately with guided reflection, a hidden list, penance follow-up, and local notes. No account. No cloud sync. No ads. Prepare for confession privately with a gentle Catholic guide, private notes, Confession Mode, penance follow-up, and no account required. Private Confession Prep helps you quietly prepare before confession, keep a short private list, and clean up sensitive notes afterward. It is designed for Catholics who want a calm, private way to organise their thoughts before speaking with a priest. Key features: • Guided confession preparation Begin a gentle examination of conscience with simple prompts and calm wording. The initial guided questions are available without purchase, with the complete guided Examination of Conscience available through Lifetime Unlock. • Private My List Add the things you want to remember, keep them hidden until tapped, and edit them in your own words. • Confession Mode Use a distraction-free screen with your list, a last-confession estimate, and an Act of Contrition screen. • Penance follow-up Record your penance after confession and optionally set a gentle local reminder. • Local privacy No account is required. Your confession notes, journal entries, and preparation data are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded by the app. • Delete everything Erase your confession list, penance, journal entries, and date-only history from the device. • Date-only history Optionally keep only the date of confession — never what you wrote. • Optional Lifetime Unlock A one-time purchase unlocks the complete guided Examination of Conscience, Guided Final Review, private journal, penance reminders, longer note-retention options, confession history, and other premium convenience features. Important: This app helps you prepare for confession. It does not replace the sacrament of confession, a priest, absolution, spiritual direction, therapy, medical care, or emergency help. If preparation causes distress or anxiety, speak with a trusted priest, spiritual director, or qualified professional.
