Simulate colour vision deficiencies in real time to test apps, games, websites, and designs. Fast, local, privacy focused accessibility testing. Chroma Lens is a desktop accessibility tool for designers, developers, testers, and content creators. It helps you understand how an app, game, website, or other on-screen content may appear to people with different colour-vision deficiencies. Capture a complete display, a selected application, or the area beneath Chroma Lens. Then apply a colour-vision simulation and inspect the result live in a compact, resizable, always-on-top window. Chroma Lens includes simulations for protanopia, deuteranopia, tritanopia, achromatopsia, blue-cone monochromacy, and related partial deficiencies. You can adjust the simulation strength and hold F8 to temporarily compare the result with the original colours. Mouse click-through lets you continue interacting with the application beneath Chroma Lens while the simulation remains visible. Multi-display support also allows you to inspect an application or game from a second screen. All screen processing happens locally on your computer. Chroma Lens does not record, upload, or transmit captured screen content. Chroma Lens provides practical visual approximations for accessibility testing. It is not a medical test or diagnostic tool.
