Voyage ETA calculations now have clearer inputs, keyboard controls, and results. Quick calculators display readable numbers and scroll directly to the answer. Sea Time opens the calendar calculator first, with Service Log and PDF exports available separately. Links from metacad.io can open Sea Time directly.

A more connected marine workspace. Combine passage time with fuel planning or under-keel clearance in one Voyage Worksheet, then reopen a saved Case as a new working variant. Find Cases by title, vessel or tool, and read the inputs and calculation method alongside every saved result. This update also improves large-text layouts, date and time entry, and keyboard dismissal on iPhone and iPad. Damaged local storage is preserved for recovery instead of being overwritten.

A broader marine tools library is here. Find nine new quick calculations for required speed, current, fuel, endurance, bunkering, cargo, stowage, under-keel clearance, and compass course. Save a result to a local Case and return to it later. We also improved text contrast in the stability workspace. Sea Service records and the one-time PDF export remain available.

MetaCAD Pocket now brings three marine workflows into one tool library: • Keep sea service by vessel and prepare unsigned CG-719S drafts and Sea Service Letters. • Review gaps, day calculations, and document preparation checks. • Unlock PDF export with a one-time in-app purchase; the journal and previews remain free. • Move between Voyage ETA, Sea Service, and Ship Stability from the redesigned Home and Tools screens. • Open a specific native tool from a supported MetaCAD Pocket link. Saved work remains on this device. USCG determines form acceptance; stability checks remain advisory.

Marine Toolkit foundation: • Calculate Sea Time and ETA from distance and speed. • Save results to offline Cases with a local Vessel profile. • Reopen saved Cases after relaunch. • Export integrity-checked case packages for handoff. • Continue using existing Stability quick checks. • Use the new Home, Tools, Cases, Vessels, and More navigation on iPhone and iPad. MetaCAD Pocket remains an advisory calculation tool and is not an approved loading computer.
