A new Home • Your day as a story: the shift as a sun arc, the day's timeline with your check-in selfie, how many days in a row you were on time, and what you have earned so far this month with the payday. • Six quick buttons for the usual asks: leave, coming late, half day, advance, fix my day and more. • The colours follow the time of day. Check in and out, faster • The selfie takes itself after a 3-2-1 count. Nothing is asked before it is sent. • Straight back to Home with a green note and an Undo. • Check out on the same camera, with the day's progress and what leaving early would cost shown on the button. • One clear card when something is in the way (camera, location, no internet), with one fix. • On machine days the app says to scan out at the machine. Pay • Net so far, a month strip and the payday on top, then every line by name that adds up to the net. • Your advance plan in words: what is left and the next cut, and a way to skip a month. Requests • A new Requests tab: every request, leave, advance and question in one list, with filters and a Cancel for the ones still waiting. • Claim a bill with its photo, or ask for cash for a job from the cash box. • Dropdowns instead of option boxes, and every form has a close button. Check in again • Checked out and working again? Tap "Ask to check in again". Your manager can allow a second check-in or take back a check-out made by mistake. • Fix my day asks what happened, and the office rules work out the day. Location • Indoors, the app waits up to 20 seconds for a better reading before deciding you are outside. Fixes • Pop-up forms no longer hide under the keyboard. • The "Still working?" prompt no longer opens under the status bar. • An approved face enrollment no longer shows a banner on Home.

For owners and managers - Contractors: each contractor's bill, advances and what is left, from the More menu. - Production: every invoice and slip of the month with its pieces and amount, and the dispatches still waiting for a contractor. - Departments: when you add or edit someone, pick from your own departments. A spelling slip like "Fetling" asks "Did you mean Fettling?". - Went out: see who left the work area during their shift, when they left, when they came back and how far they went. - Selfie checks: every random selfie check of the day in one list, with the photo, where it was taken and whether it was answered. - Check-in review asks why when you reject a check-in, or approve one that is late, outside the office or flagged. Staff see your reason. - Remove a check-out (they show as checked in again) or a whole check-in, with a reason. You can undo it from Activity. - Mark as left: pick the last working day on a calendar and say why. Their attendance, pay and loans are kept. - Overtime is now worked out automatically for new businesses. For staff - Face setup is a quick scan: look at the camera and turn your head a little each way while the ring fills. About 10 seconds. - Notifications are now delivered reliably. Fixes - Sections on the Pay tab open and close without overlapping the card below. - Small wording and layout fixes.

For owners and managers - A new Home: who is in today on one ring, a short summary of the day, your shifts and shift teams, and who is here, not here or away. - One banner for everything waiting for your approval, plus who's in today and the people whose month needs a look. - Choose who checks in with location only, without a selfie — for one person, a few at once, or everyone. - Mark someone on tour straight from Home. - Contract workers, shift groups and team details in tabs. For staff - Location-only check-in: if your manager chose it, there is no camera. Be at work with location on and tap Check in. - Still checked in from last night? The app asks whether you worked through and splits the shift correctly, or lets you say you forgot to check out. - Your shift for today, and a clear note before leaving early about what it costs. - Times in AM/PM everywhere, a week that starts on Monday, and a clock on anything waiting for approval. Fixes - Settings › Off days & holidays could close the app. - Names were cut short on the Team list. - The staff edit form opened the keyboard by itself. - "Forgot to check out" suggested a leaving time before you arrived. - Better layouts with large text.

Set weekly off days and holiday pay per employee, or use company defaults. Managers can request changes for admin review. Employees can see their off-day rules and paid or unpaid off days. Attendance review and pay details are clearer.

Managers can raise staff attendance issues for admin approval and follow their progress. Admins can review proposed corrections, approve or reject requests, and reply in the same conversation. Includes clearer attendance and payroll details and reliability improvements.

Clearer screens for managers: • Consistent section controls, readable labels and larger touch targets. • Review attendance, leave, advances and overtime one list at a time. • Find today's requests or earlier dates and see who can approve them. • Location alerts are separate from attendance and pay decisions. • Attendance totals show recorded days and pending approvals. • Correct totals for past dates, clearer payroll status, reports, cashbook views and Hindi labels.

Shift and overtime setup: • Set up shifts and overtime by answering five simple questions in Settings. • Checking out after midnight closes last night's shift. Owners choose if it counts as one day or two. • Overtime can be typed by hand, calculated automatically, or approved by a manager first, at your rate. • Owners choose whether check-out needs a photo. • Overtime waiting for approval shows on Today. • Fixed: check-out photos showed as unavailable to owners.

Kiosk check-out and update reminders: • The attendance kiosk now checks people out too: tap a name again at the end of the day to record the check-out, with a photo. • HRintel now tells you when a newer version is ready in the store, so you never miss fixes.

Clearer attendance and workplace tools: • Check-out now captures a photo for the attendance record. • Find your workplace by search or current location; the live map opens at your office. • Owners can allow managers to edit office locations without allowing deletion. • Choose light, dark or system appearance, and find shorter settings pages from Profile. • Improved reminders, alerts and page headers.

Add a profile photo from your Profile screen. Adding a staff member is now a short step-by-step flow — name and pay first, the rest can wait. Cashbook and transactions can show a month, a year or all time. Holidays: import the year's calendar in one go; holidays now count as paid days in payroll. Set weekly off days in Settings. Admins can track their own attendance from Home (Settings → Track my own attendance). Delete my account now works directly in the app, confirmed with an OTP.

Managers can now use My attendance to punch in and out, view their attendance and pay, and request leave. Check-out no longer requires camera access. Added confirmation and the option to undo an accidental pending check-out when allowed. Admins can easily configure manager attendance review permissions. Includes attendance recovery, navigation, and Hindi translation improvements.

THE LOOK YOU KNOW, BACK The soft purple, the gradient card on Home and the floating tab bar are back, with the clearer layout from the last update kept underneath. HOME AT A GLANCE A ring shows who's in today, with net payable right below it. Approvals sit under that, grouped and ready to review. The set-up checklist folds into one line once you're going. ATTENDANCE IN ONE TAP Each person now has P · A · H · L on their row — Present, Absent, Half day, Leave. Tap once. Department headers tell you how many are still unmarked. PAY The month's totals live in one card. Every balance carries a Due, Paid or Overpaid tag so the list reads at a glance. Lock names the month it locks. STAFF One clean list with balance tags, and a person's page opens on a purple header with their details.
