Finish setup and your coach is already talking: it says your goal back to you, names the trap your trade falls into, and gives you three moves small enough to finish in an hour. Also fixed: the tab bar was drawing blank icons on recent versions of iOS, the "Create a free account" link on the Partners screen did nothing when tapped, and the evening questions no longer arrive before you have had a chance to check in.

Partners: the shared half of the business. If you run your place with a co-owner, this version gives the two of you one page to work from. Everything else in Owner's Hour stays yours alone. - Agenda. The list of things you two actually need to address. Either of you can add to it. Items move Decide to Doing to Done, and settling one records what you decided. - Priorities. You each rank your top three privately. Nobody sees anybody else's ranking until both of you have put one down. The reveal shows what you agree on and where you are split, with each partner's reason side by side. - Decisions. Every decision you settle goes in a dated log you can search. The log only grows: reversing a call adds a new entry that points back at the old one, so a year from now you can still see what you thought at the time. - The Partners' Hour. A standing weekly slot with the agenda already prepared from what is open. Start it, capture who is doing what by when, and end it with a summary. You can add it to your calendar so it repeats. Partners is optional. If you do not start or join a business, nothing about the app changes. A subscription lifts the monthly limit on AI coaching. One subscription covers the business, so if one partner subscribes, both of you get unmetered coaching.
