Fixes the message you see when something goes wrong: the app now tells you what the server actually said, instead of guessing that your connection is at fault.

Fixes for how the app behaves on a poor connection: lists no longer show as empty when a read fails, a failed refresh keeps what's on screen, and your plan is never reported as Free before it has been checked.

The menu is reorganised. Your shifts, swaps, time off and availability are grouped together, with the decisions on your requests right underneath them. Managers get separate sections for running the shift, time and pay, the week ahead, and setup, so the row you need is nearer the top.

Your assigned training now appears straight on the Training page instead of behind a button, with required courses listed first and in the order you should take them.

Practice inspections now show each item's priority and point value while you walk it, not only in the score afterwards. Critical items are marked as you go. Checklist instructions and inspection guidance are formatted with headings, lists and emphasis instead of plain text.

Training lessons are laid out properly now - headings, bullets and key concepts drawn rather than printed as marks - and every lesson has a flash-card mode built from the lesson itself.

Messages: the empty-conversation card no longer appears upside down, the writing box now takes the full width with attach, mention and send beneath it, and the keyboard no longer covers what you are typing on Android.

Workforce tools now have their own screens, so schedules, time off and availability are easier to find. The chat inbox and conversations are rebuilt, equipment shows its status per unit, maintenance can be scheduled and assigned, inspection drafts work offline, and staff can see the published team schedule. Dates and figures now read cleanly on narrow phones.

Design and consistency pass across the app: clearer type and contrast, screens that share one layout and one voice for dates and figures, and a number of small fixes.

The schedule generator now works from rules rather than a model, so a week fills the busy nights first and respects skills, weather and pinned heads. Equipment and maintenance: scan a unit's tag to report a fault, see its spec card and part numbers at the supply house, and preventive maintenance now chases itself instead of going quiet. Credentials live on your phone, checklists and schedules can be edited there, and signing in with Apple or Google reaches setup properly.
