Meeting Ledger
Private AI Meeting Notes
Only for Mac

Mac
Record any meeting or call and get a live transcript plus an AI summary — entirely on your Mac. Nothing is ever uploaded, ever.
Meeting Ledger sits quietly in your menu bar and takes meeting notes for you — without sending a single word to the cloud.
Start it before a call and it listens to both sides: your microphone and your Mac's system audio, transcribing live and labeling who said what. Stop it when you're done, and generate a summary with key points and action items on demand.
Every part of the pipeline runs entirely on your Mac using Apple's on-device Speech and Apple Intelligence frameworks:
• Live, dual-lane transcription — "You" and "Meeting" tracked separately, automatically
• One-tap AI summaries with key points and action items
• A running history of every meeting, searchable and private
• Zero cloud calls. Zero servers. Your audio and transcripts never leave your Mac — not to us, not to Apple, not to anyone
Meeting Ledger is free to try, with 3 meetings a month included. Meeting Ledger Pro removes the limit for $9.99/month or $79.99/year.
Because everything happens on-device, Meeting Ledger requires Apple Intelligence and macOS Tahoe (26) or later.
