Add records as activity happens and review them when needed. DAILY REGISTER Record register activity and supporting notes by date. Review daily totals and look back at earlier activity for context. Daily Breakdown shows activity for the selected reporting period, while overall totals remain available for the complete report. EXPENSES AND PURCHASES Log business expenses with descriptions and amounts, then review routine costs by date. Record purchases and see them in Reports alongside other business activity. Keep purchase records separate from vendor payments unless you choose to include a logged payment in Expenses and Reports. This helps avoid counting the same cost twice. StoreKeeper Pro records financial activity; it does not send money to suppliers. VENDOR BALANCES Create vendor accounts with starting balances, add bills as they arrive, and record full or partial payments. See what is still owed alongside each vendor's history, including dates, descriptions, and payment methods. Choose whether a vendor payment should also appear in Expenses and Reports. EMPLOYEES AND PAYROLL Keep employee details and payroll records organized. Log payments and review prior entries when needed. Payroll appears in relevant Reports totals while remaining separate from the regular Daily Register and Expenses page, making labor costs easier to distinguish. The app helps organize payroll records; it does not calculate or submit payroll taxes. LOTTERY RECORDS For shops that handle lottery activity, use the lotto tools to record activity and shift details. Review lottery entries by date. The tools organize information entered in the app; they do not connect to a lottery terminal or provider. REPORTS AND EXPORTS Choose a reporting period to review recorded income, expenses, purchases, payroll, and daily breakdowns in context. Export reports as Excel-compatible CSV or PDF, or prepare an email summary for the selected period. Use reports to support your bookkeeping and conversations with an accountant. StoreKeeper Pro provides records and summaries, not accounting or tax advice. TASKS, PERMITS, AND PAPERWORK Add tasks for store follow-ups and use reminders to keep due items visible. Store information about permits, licenses, and business paperwork so important details are easier to find. Keep administrative work close to your operating records and confirm official deadlines with the issuing agency. BUSINESS PROFILE AND TEAM ACCESS Set up your business profile and preferred currency. Keep saved records in a shared workspace and access cloud-backed data through your account. An account and internet connection are required for cloud data and team sharing.
