THE SERVICE GAP PROBLEM
The plan is a legal document. It promises specific, countable things - "120 minutes per week of speech therapy," "30 minutes of resource room support daily." Schools are understaffed. Sessions get cancelled. The minutes quietly evaporate. No one is counting. A feeling that services are slipping loses every argument. Ally counts.
LOG A SESSION IN 30 SECONDS

Antecedent - Behavior - Consequence: the format every BCBA, OT, and school psychologist is trained in. Describe what a camera would see. "Screamed 8 minutes, kicked the wall twice" is data. "Was manipulative" is an opinion - and the moment you write it, your log becomes arguable instead of factual. Ally keeps you credible.
MEETING PREP BRIEF (PRO)

Goal observations can be logged for any IEP goal.
