Eight illustrated modules, professional tools, cafe reviews and an assistant that answers from the curriculum. Now complete with latte art, brewing and roasting.
Coffee BrewMaster Pro is a complete barista training programme from Orbis Coffee: eight illustrated modules, professional tools, and an assistant that answers from the curriculum — all working offline, with no account.
EIGHT TRAINING MODULES
Coffee Origins · Sensory Skills · Espresso Fundamentals · Milk Science · Latte Art Mastery · Advanced Brewing · Roasting Essentials · Café Operations
Every lesson is written in four tiers, so the same page serves your first week and your fifth year:
• Know the basics — the qualifying material, and the only thing the knowledge check tests
• Know more — working depth for the café floor
• PhD fun facts — the deep end, for the seriously curious
• External references — real industry sources and journal papers, linked
Each lesson carries interactive diagrams you tap through, licensed photography, and every module ends with a knowledge check.
FREE TOOLS
• Recipe Calculator — dose, water and ratio; lock any field and solve the third
• Brew Timer — multi-stage timing with presets for espresso, V60 and French press
• Unit Converter — weight, volume and temperature
• Cupping Form — SCA-style scoring you can save and revisit
PRO TOOLS
• Blend Builder — design a blend, cost it per kilo and per shot, price it to a margin
• Steaming Trainer — a guided rhythm drill with haptic cues and temperature targets
• Café Rush Simulator — a 90-second morning rush that teaches sequencing
• Water & Extraction Lab — extraction yield, the brewing control chart, and water against the SCA standard
CAFÉ REVIEWS
Rate the coffees you drink out in the world, photograph them, add professional cupping scores, and share a review with friends.
SUKI, YOUR ASSISTANT
Ask anything in the curriculum and get an answer with the lesson it came from. It runs on your device.
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Finish all eight modules and their knowledge checks and the app issues a certificate in your name, ready to share or print. Orbis also runs proctored certification exams, assessed by a trainer and booked separately.
