Starting Oct 20, each day's deal is one we've already solved. • Checkers plays better: tap through multi-jump captures, undo against the device, and VoiceOver tells you which piece you've picked. • Paddle tracks your longest rally, and Noodle's bots got smarter. • Minesweeper shows which flags were wrong after a loss. • Low Twelve keeps your scored round if you step away. • Lots of small fixes, especially at big text sizes. Still free. No ads, nothing to buy, nothing about you collected.

Three Streets now picks up where you left off, solo or two-player. • Your Three Streets game, solo or two-player, is kept and opens where you stopped. • Clearer wording for two-player games, and for choosing which games sit on your shelf. • Keypads, cards and end-of-game summaries fit better at the largest text sizes. • Small fixes and polish throughout.

Chess, three arcade games and more are new. • Chess. Play the device at one of four levels, share one device, or play on two devices, one each. Castling, en passant, promotion and every kind of draw are in, and nobody wins by losing their connection. • Paddle, Star Guard and Noodle are three quick arcade games. Each keeps your best score or length. Short sounds play on these three only, they stay quiet when your phone is on Silent, and a switch in Settings turns them off. • Stack: a shape falls down a well, you turn or drop it, and a full row clears. • American Mahjong for four, three of them played by the device. • Two devices, same room: Four Up, Dots and Boxes, Low Twelve and Chess can be played with one person on each device (iOS 26 or later). One hosts and reads out four digits, the other types them in. Nothing goes to the internet. • Two hundred daily crosswords now ship in the app. Days you already played keep the same puzzle. • Games of the Day can sit on your Lock Screen. • Reorder your shelf (Curated, Recent, Most played, A–Z) and find a game by typing its name. • Daily puzzles follow your phone’s clock across time zones, so travel and daylight saving no longer break today or your streak. • After an update, a short card on the Games tab tells you what changed, once.

Depot and Pin Tray — two new sort-and-fit games. Every game has Not shown, Shelf, or Tab — same picker on first run and in Settings (one shelf row). New games are offered once; dismiss keeps them quiet. Home no longer lists your tab pins as a band. Dots and Boxes (and Four Up) use clearer red and blue. Two devices in different time zones share one “today”. On a phone, the table games are built for handing the device over rather than scaling the iPad board. The widget opens the game it showed. Draw-three solitaire fans the waste. Settings explains an empty shelf. The scorecard on iPad shows a year of days you played. A game you already hid stays hidden. New ones are offered, not dumped on a trimmed shelf.

Seven more games — Free Cell, Spider, Loop, Cross Sums, Echo, Twin and Span — and the shelf goes from twenty-three to thirty. Finishing a game now tells you when you beat your own figure, and says nothing when you didn't. Settings fits on a phone again.
