Signing in is easier to find. A Sign in button now sits at the top of the Launches screen, the first thing you see when you open the app, and at the top of Settings. Once you're in, it takes you straight to your portfolio. One design throughout. PropVault now uses its Readout design everywhere, so the design and appearance choices have gone from Settings. Your portfolio, documents and settings are unaffected.

Name your documents as you add them. A file arrives called "Scan 12-04-2026 (3)" and nobody ever finds it again, so the Vault now asks what it is the moment you add it — and a long press on any document lets you rename it or file it under a different property. A new agent page. Your consultant's name, firm and credentials now sit on a single card, with call, WhatsApp and email directly beneath it. Fixed: tapping near the bottom of a property in your portfolio could open the one below it. The welcome screens wear the new colours too — the highlighted building is green rather than gold, because in PropVault yellow is reserved for a payment that is due. And a refreshed App Store gallery, so what you see here matches the app you open.

A new look, and a new icon. PropVault has been rebuilt around a single idea: colour should only ever mean something. Green is settled, yellow is due, red is late, and blue is the only thing you can tap. Everything else is a soft charcoal, so the only bright thing on any screen is a property. Numbers lead now. Your portfolio value, what a plan has paid off, what is owed — set large and light, in a typeface chosen for figures. Prefer the old look? Agent → Settings → Design switches back instantly, and your choice sticks. Your next instalment, front and centre. The dashboard now opens on the payment you are waiting on: the exact date, the amount, and how long you have. You get a reminder one week before, again on the morning it is due, and again if the date passes with nothing recorded. When a payment is due you can mark it paid yourself in one tap, and Nibal is told to confirm it. Money flow now separates what has actually moved from what is contracted and still outstanding, so the totals you see are the real ones. Launches now show the developer's full payment schedule, milestone by milestone with real dates.
