Choose what stays. Swipe or use the grid to review, add a reason for important photos, and check everything again before deleting. Screenshots stay free. Most photo cleaners begin with one question: What should you delete? KeepOnly flips the decision: Which photos should stay? Start with screenshots, a recent time range, or 30 random photos. Swipe to keep what matters, switch to a grid when you want the full picture, and add a reason to remember why an important photo stays. Photos you do not keep move to Ready to Delete first. Nothing is deleted automatically. KeepOnly shows Kept and Ready to Delete side by side, so you can check every decision and change your mind. Only after you tap Delete will iOS ask for confirmation again. Screenshot review is free. With one Permanent Unlock, you can review all photos and selected albums. Photo access, review progress, and keep reasons stay on your device. KeepOnly does not upload photos, perform cloud recognition, or use photo content for advertising. KeepOnly helps you clear photo clutter by choosing what deserves to stay.
