Three new things: • Your gallery — every painting you've finished, together in one place and newest first. It's the new button on the home screen. • Chinese · Expert — ten of the hardest characters yet, 12 to 20 strokes each, including 魔, 赢, 藏 and 蝶. • The Sparkle brush got a glow-up — twinkling stars in every colour now burst from your brush and drift as you paint.

Paint Pals is calmer, roomier and a lot bigger. • Solo painting has no timer at all — take as long as you like • 13 themes to pick from: animals, food, buildings, things that go, and more • 20 friendly animals, including giraffes, lions, pandas, monkeys, rhinos and hippos • See every picture in a theme, with your own colouring on the ones you've finished • Freestyle: a blank canvas, any colour you like, four brush sizes • Bigger colour buttons down the side of the canvas, easier for small hands • New Chinese pack: 30 characters with pinyin, in three levels • The timer is now optional in Co-op and Battle too • The color indicator is now toggle-able
