HOW EVIDENCE GRADES WORK
Evidence grades summarize published human research for each specific use. Strong means consistent randomized trials or meta-analyses; moderate means mixed or smaller trials; emerging means early or limited evidence. Grades are informational and do not predict individual results.
APPLE HEALTH, ON YOUR TERMS
On iPhone, Apple Health is optional and read-only. With permission, SuppAI may use age range, biological sex, height, weight, sleep, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, and respiratory rate as wellness context. Raw samples and your exact birth date stay on your iPhone. A minimal derived summary is transmitted only when you build or explicitly re-optimize your guide; SuppAI does not save it or use it for advertising.
BUILT ON RESTRAINT
SuppAI does not sell supplements or accept product sponsorships. Recommendations are shaped by the information you choose to provide. When fewer than four picks are justified, SuppAI keeps the plan smaller instead of adding filler.
SAFETY FIRST
If you report medications, pregnancy, nursing, or a health condition, SuppAI uses conservative cautions and clear consult-your-clinician flags. It never recommends changing prescriptions.
SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
An auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription is required to unlock and use the full personalized guide. No free version or free trial is currently offered. Localized prices and billing periods appear before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
