Your power meter has a capacity of 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Using your chosen apps drains it; movement powers it back up. When it is empty, Screen Time blocks those apps. Everything else on your phone stays open. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps that run on your power. • Use them as usual. Every minute of use drains it. • Power it back up with a short walk, ten squats or a 20-second plank. • When the meter is empty, those apps wait for your next move. POWER FROM MOVEMENT A second of movement adds two minutes of power. Ten squats add 40 minutes. A 20-second plank adds 40 minutes. Walking always counts: 40 steps add 30 minutes, counted by your iPhone's motion sensors with the phone in your pocket. TEN MOVES FOR THE CAMERA Squats, plank, push-ups, jumping jacks, lunges, high knees, sit-ups, jump squats, mountain climbers and one-foot balance. Reps are counted on your iPhone. Video is never recorded, stored or sent. AT A GLANCE A Live Activity shows your steps counting while you walk. A widget shows your power. One notification when it runs low, at 10 minutes. That is all. REST DAYS AND EMERGENCIES Pick rest days: they start with full power and nothing drains it. Emergency power is there when you need your apps right now. NO ACCOUNT, AND NOTHING PERSONAL SENT Screen Time keeps the apps you pick private, even from us. MoveFirst counts minutes of use, not what you do inside an app. Your power and your moves stay on this phone.
