اضافة تحسينات على كيفية اختيار التمارين لللاعب

- Accurate, real-time step counter that works in the background, with your own daily goal and walking reminders - Improved smartwatch sync: steps, heart rate, sleep and calories - Smarter auto workout plan: starts with the main lifts, better order for every level - A new, fair trophy system that rewards real training and personal records - Clearer screens for ended or frozen memberships, with direct chat to your coach and support - Performance, security and bug fixes

What's new: - Progress Mirror: take a weekly photo in a fixed frame and compare side by side or with a slider, alongside your weight and measurements. Your photos stay private — you decide if your coach can see them. - Live Support: chat with the NEXUS team right inside the app. - Automatic check-in: stay at your gym for 30 minutes or more and your attendance is logged for you. - Better prepared meals: – Pickup or delivery, pay in cash – Clear warning when a dish contains something you're allergic to – Closing offers at special prices, for a limited time – Weekly meal bundles: pick a meal for each day, swap or skip any day – See whether a kitchen is open and its prep time before you order - For kitchens: phone sign-in, an activation wizard, a prep board, profit per dish, and menu import from a photo or PDF. - Cleaner design for workout plan setup and the terms screen. - Performance improvements and bug fixes.

NEXUS 1.5 — A complete redesign - All-new look: clearer colours, bigger text and easier navigation on every screen. - New workout screen: the timer stays in view, your next set is highlighted, and logging a set is faster. - Schedule each workout: pick a day and time and get a reminder with sound when it's time to train. - Notifications now arrive even when the app is closed — coach messages, reminders, likes and comments. - Meal market: clearer kitchen and meal pages, with meals matched to your nutrition plan. - Clearer food detail pages. - Plate calculator shows the answer up front. - Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Prepared meals You can now order cooked meals from approved kitchens, right inside the app. - Meals are ranked against your calorie target from your coach's plan — not by chance. - Every meal shows its calories, protein, carbs and fat before you order. - Browse by kitchen, or by what fits your plan. - Add-ons update the price and the calories as you pick them. - A note per item, sent to the kitchen with your order. - A single meal, a full-day pack, or a weekly subscription. Track your orders - "My orders": every order and where it has got to. - Cancel before the kitchen accepts. - When your order is marked delivered we ask whether it actually arrived — and if it didn't, report it in one tap. - Rate the kitchen once you've received it, and see other people's ratings before you order. Improvements - Larger, clearer type throughout the meals screens.

What's New in 1.3.1 - Notifications: fixed a cause that kept alerts from reaching some iOS accounts. Alerts now arrive whether the app is open or closed. - Player profiles: tap any name on the leaderboard to see their photo, personal records, streak and workout count. - Leaderboard: photos, names, cups and top lift are back. - Workout log: clearer type, and exercises now load in batches instead of stalling on a long history. - While loading: a grey outline of the content instead of an empty screen. - Legibility: larger type and stronger colour contrast across the community tabs. - Data-protection improvements and assorted fixes.
