Pick your affirmations or add your own. Each day, the app offers a short set and three equal ways to complete them: • Say it myself — speak and see the words light up as you go. • Read it to me — hear a warm voice read them back. • Mark complete for today — when speaking or hearing it back is not what you need. That is the whole practice. There is no account, no score, no streak, and no guilt for missing a day. Everything stays on your phone. History is a quiet ledger of the days you showed up. A widget can surface today's words on your Home Screen — your own wording stays private unless you choose otherwise. Speech recognition is optional, user-started, and processed entirely on your device. Audio and recognized text exist only while you speak; nothing is saved. What ships in 1.0: — Six bundled voices and an optional quiet music bed for Read it to me. — A widget that respects your privacy by default. — Invitations that open Today when you tap them. — Support for Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, and both iPhone and iPad.
