Pick any pixel on screen, copy it in seven formats, and turn it into palettes, Tailwind ramps, and WCAG-checked schemes. All from the menu bar, all offline.
The color tools you reach for fifty times a day, one click away in the menu bar. The icon is a live droplet filled with your current color, and the panel underneath is a complete little studio: eyedropper, mixer, palettes, ramps, and accessibility checks. No Dock icon, no floating windows, no switching away from the app you are designing in.
PICK ANY PIXEL • The eyedropper grabs a color from anywhere on screen, in any app. It uses the native macOS sampler, so there is no screen-recording permission prompt, ever • A global shortcut (default ⌥⌘P, changeable or disableable) fires the eyedropper from inside any app, even while the panel is closed • Every pick lands in the swatch and your history, and (by default) the hex value lands on your clipboard, ready to paste
MIX EXACTLY THE COLOR YOU MEAN • A big saturation and brightness pad, plus hue and opacity sliders drawn as live gradients • A hex field that applies as you type, and live R, G, B, A readouts • One-click copy rows for HEX, RGB, HSL, HSB, SwiftUI, UIColor, and NSColor • Nearest-name chips: the closest of 140 CSS named colors and 220 Tailwind classes, marked when the match is exact. Click to copy the name • Your last 30 colors wait in a history strip
PALETTES THAT SHIP THEMSELVES • Save colors into as many named palettes as you like; click a swatch to make it current, right-click to copy or remove it • Export a whole palette to your clipboard as CSS variables, SCSS, a SwiftUI Color extension, a Tailwind config block, JSON, or a plain hex list
RAMPS AND HARMONIES • A Tailwind-style shade ramp from 50 to 950, built around your color. Your exact color stays byte-for-byte untouched at its step, so the ramp always contains the color you actually chose • Copy the ramp as a Tailwind config or CSS variables, or add all eleven shades to a palette at once • Six harmony generators: complementary, analogous, triadic, split complementary, tetradic, and monochromatic. Adopt any swatch or add the whole scheme to a palette
DESIGN FOR EVERY PAIR OF EYES • A WCAG contrast checker with AA and AAA badges for normal and large text, against white, black, or any background you type or pick • Vision simulation shows your entire palette as people with protanopia, deuteranopia, or tritanopia see it
A GOOD MAC CITIZEN • No account, no subscription, no ads, no analytics. Nothing is collected, nothing leaves your Mac, and the app has no network access at all • Sandboxed, tiny, and idle when closed. Launch at login is opt-in • A built-in guide explains every feature, and full light and dark mode support comes standard
Click the droplet. Your color is waiting.
