Your feeds can wait. Doorpost keeps your distracting apps sealed each morning until you've opened your Bible — turning the first minutes of every day into Scripture instead of scrolling.
Choose your apps. Choose your reading plan. Every morning, the door closes — and reading God's Word is what opens it.
DOORPOST MEMBERSHIP — SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Doorpost requires an auto-renewing Doorpost Membership subscription. Every feature described below is part of membership: $39.99/year after a 7-day free trial, or $4.99/week. Billed by Apple; cancel anytime in Settings.
THE WORD BEFORE THE WORLD
• Your chosen apps are shielded each morning with Apple's Screen Time technology.
• Read the day's opening verses aloud — private, on-device speech recognition highlights each word in gold as you speak.
• Prefer quiet? Hold through each verse deliberately with tap-through. Always available.
• Finish, and the door opens for the day. It feels like stepping through a doorway — because it is.
READING PLANS THAT WAIT FOR YOU
• New Testament in 90 days, Gospels in 30, Psalms & Proverbs in 60, or the whole Bible in a year.
• Miss a morning? Your reading simply waits. You never skip Scripture to catch up.
• Two beloved translations built in — World English Bible and King James Version — fully offline.
WATCH YOUR JOURNEY FILL WITH GOLD
• A chapter-by-chapter map of the entire Bible turns gold as you read.
• Streaks with grace: one automatic grace day per week, honestly labeled, so real life doesn't erase real progress.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Read-aloud audio never leaves your iPhone and is never stored.
• Apple's picker keeps your app choices invisible to us — we never see what you shield.
• No ads. No analytics. No accounts.
