NowShip - 90 Min Focus Timer
Stop Procrastinating, Deliver
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
End a task in the time it takes to watch a movie. 90 minutes, no pause. Pick your demons, drop in, and ship real work before the zone closes. In 1.0.1: in-app feedback.
Stop planning. Start shipping.
NowShip turns a single hard task into a 90-minute battle royale. You write down one real task you have been avoiding, pick up to three inner demons (Procrastination, Perfectionism, Distraction, Overload, Fear, Scope Creep), and drop into a pixel-art island where the safe zone is shrinking.
THE RULES ARE SIMPLE:
- One task. Ninety minutes. The countdown starts the second you drop in.
- No pause, no snooze, no reset. The clock keeps running even if you close the app.
- You do not play the hero. The hero fights your demons automatically while you work in the real world.
- Stuck? Shake the phone to reshuffle the whole battle. The clock keeps running.
- To capture the flag and win, you must submit real evidence: a file, a link, or a screenshot of the result.
- No evidence, no flag. Half-finished? You still get a 60-second evacuation window to ship what you have.
WHY IT WORKS
Most productivity apps measure focus time. NowShip measures delivery. The shrinking safe zone, the auto battle against your inner demons, and the final flag capture all push you toward one outcome: a real, visible result you can hand to someone else.
BUILT FOR THE 90-MINUTE FINISH
Great for proposals that have been sitting for two weeks, client decks you keep tweaking, first drafts you keep rewriting, side projects you keep meaning to ship, and any task that only gets done the night before the deadline. Open the app, write the task, drop in. Done in 90 minutes.
KEY FEATURES
- 90-minute no-pause countdown (45-minute sprint as secondary)
- Six unique pixel-art inner demons with distinct behavior
- Three-phase shrinking safe zone that visualizes deadline pressure
- Shake-to-reshuffle: a physical reset when you feel stuck
- Shareable commitment card for accountability (optional)
- Victory card with your shipped task and defeated demons
- Local history of every drop-in, every flag, every evacuation
Give yourself the last 90 minutes. Not the last 90 minutes of panic. The last 90 minutes of focused work. The zone is closing. Drop in, and ship it.
