Automate PDF printing workflows directly on your Mac. Watch folders, configure each printer individually, and process files reliably.
PrintFlow automates recurring PDF printing tasks directly on your Mac. Simply drop a PDF into a monitored folder, and PrintFlow verifies the file before sending it to the assigned printer using the settings configured for that folder.
CUSTOM PRINT WORKFLOWS
Create multiple monitored folders and configure each one independently. Assign different printers, paper sizes, copy counts, and other available print options. Automatically print A4 documents, A5 shipping documents, labels, and more with the correct settings every time.
RELIABLE PROCESSING
PrintFlow waits until a PDF has been completely written and is ready to read before printing. Print jobs are processed in order for each printer, and their status is logged locally. If a file cannot be processed, it can be moved automatically to a dedicated error folder.
AFTER PRINTING
Choose what happens to successfully printed files for each monitored folder:
* Move to an archive folder
* Move to the Trash
* Keep the file in place and mark it with a Finder tag
QUICK OVERVIEW
The menu bar icon provides instant access to the current service status, monitored folders, pending print jobs, and recently completed prints. Pause or resume individual folders—or the entire service—at any time.
RUNS LOCALLY ON YOUR MAC
PrintFlow works with the printers configured in macOS and stores all configuration, logs, and job status locally. No user account is required for the core functionality.
