New in 1.4 • Register fighters entirely in the app — no more detour via the website. • Events abroad: anyone can register, even without an account. Signed in as a fighter? Your details are already filled in. • Dutch events: registration goes through a gym account. The app explains how to set that up. • Choose the weight class or group yourself when registering, or let the app pick it by weight. • Links in emails now open the app: event invitations, bouts and gym management. • Forgot your password? The link in the email opens the app, where you choose your new password. • Various small improvements.

Matchmakers and promoters can now run their event entirely in the app. MATCHMAKERS • Create and manage an event: every step of the wizard, poster and terms, publish, duplicate and cancel. • Matchmaking board: put matches together and send them, follow both corners, adjust weight and round schedule. With a sidebar on iPad. • Programme: drag the order, add rings, set start time and breaks, timetable as PDF. • Pools: propose, compose, distribute over rings and publish, with an overview as PDF or Excel. • Tools: rule check across the whole event, gym certification check, search list and every export. • Manage registrations: note, record, Fight Passport sync, VA number, remove and restore. • A notification about a match opens that match on the board. • Warning when a changed weight on a sent match asks both corners to agree again. PROMOTERS • Create, edit and publish a ticket box, including poster and terms of sale. • Orders: correct details, mark tickets as attended, cancel, refund and resend tickets. • Downloads: QR code of the sales link, complimentary tickets, tickets and invoices, exports of orders and tickets. • Participant downloads: participating gyms and fighters, attendance sheet, profile photos, walk-out songs and timetable. GYMS • Adjust a fighter's profile weight on the Fighters tab. • Accept or decline an invitation to manage a gym on your profile. OFFICIALS • Export the results for Fight Passport from Events. ALSO • Forgot password on the sign-in screen. • Matchmakers, promoters and officials choose the country of their account.

For gyms and matchmakers • Fighters wanted has been improved: go straight from the notification to the list and put a fighter forward right away. The matchmaker is notified when you put forward a fighter they are looking for. • A gym account can now request the matchmaker and/or promotor role. • A gym can withdraw a registered fighter as long as they have not been matched yet. Matchmakers choose whether they receive an email and/or push notification about this. • A gym can change the weight of a registered fighter, as long as they have no match yet. The matchmaker is notified automatically. For matchmakers • You receive a push notification and/or email when a bout no longer fits the rules. For example because the weights have drifted too far apart, or because one of the two was matched as an N-class fighter but has since moved up to C-class in Fight Passport. • Three weeks before your gala you receive an email and/or push notification about gyms without certification that do have a match on your gala. For fighters and gyms • Fight Passport results now also show the opponent. For gyms • In your account you choose whether fighters competing for your gym can see their upcoming opponents in their own account. After the bout the opponent is always visible.
